Your Brain Exercise of the Week ~ September 11, 2023

Working on your cognition is an important part of keeping your mind sharp and maintaining independence. One way to target your cognitive skills is to complete one or both of the tasks below.

*Remember, for this cognitive activity to qualify as a brain fitness exercise, you should participate at a level that is challenging for you.

Directions:

You have an appointment for dog grooming today at a new pet grooming service. Your appointment is at 2 PM, however you plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can walk your dog around in the grass first to calm him before the appointment.

You know it takes approximately 45 minutes to get to the salon, however you may need to drive around the block a few times to find an open parking spot. What time would you leave home to arrive on time?
